NRC Charity Awards 2017 (EN)

****VOTE NOW ****

We are thrilled to announce that the Wildlife Justice Commission (WJC) has been nominated for the NRC Charity Awards 2017.

Every year, NRC  brings this remarkable initiative to life with the purpose of supporting both small and bigger charities in spreading their message and raise awareness on their causes. In cooperation with the Willem de Kooning Academy of Rotterdam, young designers have developed creatives for the nominated charities, including us in this edition.

Vote for us! By selecting our creative, you will be helping us to put the spotlight on transnational, organised wildlife crime as well as on our investigations to help disrupt criminal networks and activate justice.

Public vote is open from 24 July until 20 August and you can vote for us here. The voting process is free and only takes a few seconds!

  • To vote for us, click here.
  • Scroll down and click on the red ‘STEM’ button.
  • A pop up will display for you to insert your email address* and confirm your vote, by clicking on the red square.
  • You will receive a confirmation email. This is a key step: your vote will only count if you confirm your vote by clicking on the link you received in your email.

Public voting and a professional jury will select four winners, which will receive a double-page advertisement in NRC Handelsblad. The winners of NRC Charity Awards will be announced on 29 August during a ceremony at Pakhuis de Zwijger in Amsterdam.

Please help us with your vote to put the spotlight and activate justice on wildlife crime! Because extinction is forever, we must act now!

We want to thank NRC Handelsblad for this initiative and the talents at the Willem de Kooning Academy of Rotterdam for their design and support of our campaign.
