Frans van Loef is the owner of Free Capacity, Partner, and chef d’equipe at Bolster. He helps organisations to set focus and take strategies ‘off the paper’ and realise real breakthroughs, supported with leadership development, self-management principles, and agile ways of working. Mr van Loef is a Board member of Totoco Foundation in Nicaragua.
