Isabel has over 20 years of professional experience in communications, both in the private and non-profit sectors. Passionate about environmental issues, she joined the Wildlife Justice Commission in 2017 as Director of Communication, where she leads the development and implementation of strategic communication plans.
Prior to joining the Wildlife Justice Commission’s team, Isabel was an independent consultant, leading communication, fundraising and advocacy projects for international non-profits and corporations, and freelancing for magazines and news agencies.
Isabel previously worked in the media department of Greenpeace International and as Communications Manager for Médecins Sans Frontières Spain.
A Spanish national, Isabel holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid, and a diploma on the leadership and management of non-profits from ESADE Business School.
